Picnic Packages

  • I’m having a party, how do I book a luxury pop-up picnic in Sacramento?

    Browse through the desired package and determine how many guest are attending along with your budget.

    We offer pop-up picnics at local park, private event, or privacy of your home/backyard. (No delivery fee if booked within 95843 area code).

    Please submit a booking form to provide a little bit more information about your event as we custom each event and make it extra special.

    Would you like to elevate your picnic experience? Browse through our additional add on’s in addition to your custom package. We will work with you to design your unique picnic package for you to enjoy with your favorite people so you can enjoy long lasting memories.

  • Once you submit the booking form, we will require a $100 non-refundable deposit fee, to reserve your date and location. The deposit will be applied towards your picnic package. You will then receive an email confirmation that secures your date, time and location.

    Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule we will apply the $100 fee deposit towards your make-up event that must be booked within 4 weeks.

  • The remaining payment will be due 72 hours prior to your reserved date. If we don’t receive your final payment, your package maybe cancelled and reservations are not guaranteed and the deposit will not refunded.

    For an event booked within 72 hours, the full payment is due.

    For events booked with 72 hours or less, rush fee will be due, in additional to the full payment.

  • Once the payment is secured all you have to do is show up at your desired location & time and enjoy your event!

    We will notify you before and after your booked event, and we will handle the set-up and clean-up.

    You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, as we are not serving food or drinks at this time.

    You are welcome to rent cake stand/dessert stands by visiting out add on’s page.

    Alcohol drinks are prohibited in public places and we will not be responsible for any consequences. All of our customers must agree to our terms and conditions prior booking.
